  Can I buy books on inspection? If you are a school, we are happy to send you books on inspection. We will send your order with an invoice but if you wish to return any of the books, you will have to do so at your expense. You must ensure that the returned books are securely packed so that we receive them back in mint condition. When we receive the returned books, we will issue a revised invoice. We can only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date.  What is your policy regarding overseas orders? To order from overseas please telephone (+44 (0)1363 776888) or email your order and we can then advise on the total cost including postage. If you don’t have an account with us, we ask for payment prior to sending out your order. This may be by cheque, in sterling, drawn on a UK bank or by credit card. What is your policy regarding returns? Contact us by phone or email to ask permission. We will credit invoices if we receive returns back in mint condition. We can only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date. How long does it take from sending an order to receiving the books? We process our orders within two or three days, so you should receive your order within a week or so. Can you send urgent orders? If you need books urgently, we can send them out on the day of receiving the order (if before midday) and can send them by First Class post or Next Day courier. There will be an extra charge for this to cover extra carriage costs. It is best if you phone us to check that we can do this. How much is postage? Within the UK* postage for orders under £50 is £2.50 flat rate, orders over £50 are FREE unless extra is stated on an item. * For some remote UK places and overseas an extra postage charge will be payable - please contact us for info. How are books despatched? We send out small orders by Royal Mail and larger ones by courier. How do I do pay for my order? You can pay by credit card or paypal by using our online catalogue or you can pay by cheque using our download form. You can also pay by credit card over the phone - ring us on 01363 776888 to give us the card details. Official school orders may be paid by the Local Authority by Bacs (call us on 01363 776888 for bank details) or by cheque - please use our download form. Can I order books if I don’t have an account with you? Yes! In the case of schools, colleges or businesses, we will send an invoice with the order (please our download form).
